I am a yoga warrior...

Yoga found me in a low place in 2014. As a tool for wellness to combat depression and anxiety, yoga became a necessary lifestyle to help me feel strong, balanced, and calm. Having considered teacher training for a period of time, I decided there was no time better than the present and enrolled in Main Street Yoga's 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. Through meditation and connecting mind and body through yoga asanas (poses), I have made progress and positive change to my mind, body, and spirit.
