Orin has been practicing yoga since 2014 as a tool for wellness to combat depression and anxiety. Having considered teacher training for a period of time, he decided there was no time better than the present and enrolled in Main Street Yoga's 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. Through meditation and connecting mind and body through yoga asanas (poses), Orin has made progress and positive change to his mind, body, and spirit.
